What did you “quit” to fulfill the #MotivationMonday Challenge last week? I took my own advice and unsubscribed to about ten junk emails. The fact that my inbox is at least slightly less of a mess immediately made me feel better. I may do it again this week! I also decided to cut my daily coffee intake back from three cups to one. That was a major change to me. My caffeine addiction has been getting a little out of hand lately, and it actually caused me a few problems health wise. While it’s been a difficult change (gah… migraines!), I’m already feeling a lot better.

This week’s challenge is to revisit something.
Like last week, this challenge can play out in different ways to everyone. Maybe there’s a job around the house that you’ve been putting on the back burner for a while – revisit it! Maybe there’s something that you’ve been wanting to try for a while and you’ve made excuses for never actually doing it – revisit that idea! Do it!
Could you possibly need to revisit something a little bit bigger? Maybe there is a relationship in your life – whether it be platonic or romantic – that has begun to suffer; one that has experienced some kind of falling out. Maybe you regret that? Maybe you’ve been wanting to begin to fix it, but have been too afraid to start doing it. Revisit it. Fix it. Start working on it.
I can think of one thing the falls into each of the suggestions above, and I plan on using this day to revisit and hopefully accomplish something. How about you?
